Aranee M is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and career development, currently serving as Board Director for Social Mobility, Widening Participation, and Regional Inequality at AGCAS since November 2020. In this national role, Aranee leads initiatives aimed at enhancing career outcomes from higher education. Additionally, Aranee is Senior Associate Director at King’s College London, managing a large employability service and strategic initiatives for student success. Aranee's consulting firm, AM Coaching & Consulting, focuses on developing inclusive working environments. Active in numerous advisory and governance roles, including contributions to Advance HE and the Royal Society of Biology, Aranee has demonstrated a commitment to equity and diversity across academic institutions. Holding a PhD in International Relations from Kingston University, along with various other academic qualifications, Aranee M combines educational expertise with a passion for social mobility and inclusion.
