Kul Mahay is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ignite Your Inner Potential, an organization specializing in customized leadership development and emotional intelligence programs. As Chairperson of the Board for True Honour, a charity focused on combating honour-based violence, Kul Mahay is committed to educating organizations and supporting victims. In addition to mentoring businesses through the Help to Grow: Management scheme at Enterprise Nation, Kul Mahay serves as an Associate Consultant at Advance HE, promoting high standards in higher education. Recognized as a Fellow by the Society of Leadership Fellows and the Institute of Leadership & Management, Kul Mahay has contributed to leadership training at the University of Derby and has extensive experience in policing, culminating in a career spanning over 32 years at Derbyshire Constabulary. Educational qualifications include certifications in social and emotional intelligence, coaching, and an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Derby.
