Laura Coutts

Laura Coutts is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in membership and partnership management within the higher education sector. Currently serving as the Head of Membership for Advance HE in Scotland and Northern Ireland since March 2022, Laura previously held various senior roles at Cambridge Education Group, including Senior Director of University Partnerships, where responsibility encompassed managing multiple university partnerships to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to that, Laura worked at the University of Stirling in several capacities, including Student Programmes Officer and Deputy Student Immigration Manager, focusing on student support, regulatory compliance, and administrative management. Laura also has experience in administrative roles with Stirling Council and International Paper. Academic qualifications include an MPhil in Historical Research and a BA (Hons) in History, both from the University of Stirling.
