Judy Smeltzer has a solid work experience in the field of HOA management. Judy started their career in 2001 as the Director of Corporate Operations at Neal Klein Construction Corp., where they focused on increasing revenues, streamlining workflow, and managing HOA development. In 2003, they joined HOAMCO as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing rapid company growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Since 2012, Judy has been working as the Chief Executive Officer at Advance HOA Management, leading the company's overall performance and emphasizing effective budget planning, accounting practices, and creating a harmonious community culture.

Judy Smeltzer attended the University of Wyoming from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Education.
