Charals Varnava B.Eng P.Eng is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in project management and applications engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Applications & Estimating Engineer at Advance Millwrights Inc. since May 2019, Charals previously held the position of Senior Project Manager - Engineering at Mitchell Mill Systems Canada Ltd. for over two decades, where responsibilities included customer liaison, quoting, procurement, and project design for bulk material handling systems. Charals has also managed an engineering department at Priority One Packaging Machinery and began a career as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Antech Equipment Corporation. Educationally, Charals holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
