Eric Cullin

Eric Cullin is a seasoned loan officer with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at Advance Mortgage & Investment Company, LLC and as a Loan Officer at GMFS Mortgage since April 2024, Eric has held senior positions at multiple firms including Iron Mortgage LLC, Ruoff Mortgage, and Private Lending Group. Eric began the career at Quicken Loans as an Executive Mortgage Banker and has progressively advanced through roles at Chase, Bank of America, and United Wholesale Mortgage, focusing on building long-term relationships with mortgage brokers and promoting loan originations. Eric completed a degree from Eastern Michigan University between 1992 and 1997.
