Henry Vivanco

Henry Vivanco has extensive experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications, currently serving as a Level 3 Technical Analyst at Advance Networks since May 2017. Additionally, Henry has been providing technical support in savings and credit cooperatives since November 2009 and has held the position of Project Manager at 3S-Smart Software Solutions since November 2008. Henry's academic contributions include teaching various Cisco-related courses at Universidad Tecnológica Israel, including roles as an instructor and lecturer in both undergraduate and graduate programs. With a Master's degree in Networks and Telecommunications from Universidad Técnica de Ambato and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Universidad Central del Ecuador, Henry has also held roles such as Project Manager at SENPLADES, Head of Systems at Corporación Systecoop, and Help Desk Leader at the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
