Lee Farrier MRICS has extensive work experience in the field of estates and commercial property management. They have held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in the industry.

Lee first worked at Wansbeck District Council as an Estates Officer from August 2003 to March 2009. They then joined Northumberland County Council as an Estates Surveyor in April 2009 and continued to work there until December 2013.

Following this, Lee worked at Arch - The Northumberland Development Company as a Senior Commercial Property Surveyor from December 2013 to July 2014. They then took on the role of Interim Head of Estates from August 2014 to April 2015.

Currently, Lee is employed at Advance Northumberland and has been with the company since April 2015. They have held the position of Head of Estates, overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio with an asset value of approximately £320 million. Lee's responsibilities include managing over 1000 residential dwellings, a commercial portfolio of over 1.9 million square feet, and over 1000 acres of land. The commercial portfolio encompasses various property types such as offices, managed workspaces, industrial buildings, retail spaces (including shopping centers and retail parks), and leisure and community use facilities.

Throughout their career, Lee Farrier MRICS has consistently demonstrated their expertise in managing and maximizing the value of land and property assets, making them a valuable asset in the field of commercial and workspace management.

Lee Farrier MRICS attended Northumbria University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management. Lee also holds additional certifications, including a Directors role for Health and Safety from CITB, obtained in November 2022, and an MHFA Standard certification from Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company, obtained in October 2016.
