Michael Stagliola

Vice President, Operations at Advanced Power

Michael Stagliola has a strong background in the energy industry with over 20 years of experience. Michael held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Michael started their career at Exelon in 2000, where they served as an Operations Manager at Mystic Station 8&9 for eight years. In 2008, they joined PSEG as a Plant Manager at the Bethlehem Energy Center before being promoted to Director of Combustion Turbine Engineering, where they had overall responsibility for PSEG Fossil's Combustion Turbine Programs. In 2015, they became a Director at PSEG, overseeing projects such as the Bridgeport 5 Combined Cycle project and serving as a Plant Manager for the Bridgeport and New Haven Harbor Stations. Michael joined Advanced Power in 2017 as a Director of Operations, responsible for managing power-generating facilities and overseeing operations and maintenance agreements.

Michael Stagliola has a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Anna Maria College, which they earned between 1997 and 1999.
