Alexa Davis Pt

Alexa Davis is a Senior Physical Therapist at Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy since August 2017. Before this role, Alexa served as a Certified Athletic Trainer from August 2020 to December 2022. Education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Augusta University from 2014 to 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Georgia from 2009 to 2014, during which an internship included work with the UGA men's basketball team, women's tennis team, and football team. Additional experience includes volunteering at St. Mary's Hospital in various departments from January 2010 to May 2011. Alexa also holds certifications as an Athletic Trainer, in Dry Needling, and as a Certified Physical Specialist.
