Joe Pirogovsky has extensive work experience in the insulation industry. In 1985, they joined Insulation Technology, Inc. as Vice President before moving on to establish their own company, Advance Thermal Corp., in 1987. As the President of Advance Thermal Corp., Joe played a pivotal role in every aspect of building the company, including hiring, marketing, sales, and the creation of sales literature. Joe successfully led the company to become the leading Removable/Reusable Insulation Covers company in the USA and the Americas. Joe retired from their position as President on June 18, 2019.
From 1969 to 1974, Joe Pirogovsky attended Kiev Politechnic Institute, Vinnitza Campus in Ukraine. Joe studied Civil Engineering during this time, although no specific degree was mentioned.

Acoustical Blankets: For many years ATC has been a preferred supplier of ACOUSTIRAP® cover systems to a number of Fan, Silencer and Exhaust manufacturers providing sound attenuating products that exceed the predicted performance and aesthetics. The ACOUSTIRAP® system is tested for performance in explicit conformity with the ASTM Designation E90-90 and E413-97 by U.S. Government accredited Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories.
