John Rappleye is the current President at Advance Turning And Manufacturing, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. John previously served as the Director of Operations at Milsco Manufacturing from January 2007 to October 2011 and was responsible for the profitability of the Jackson location. John also served as the Vice President of Finance at Michigan Seat Company from October 1988 to January 2007 where they supervised the accounting and information technology department.

Rappleye was instrumental in negotiating the sale of Michigan Seat Company to Jason, Inc. in 2006 and successfully negotiated several UAW labor contracts including language along with wage and benefit packages. John also administered the implementation of a new ERP computer / business system (VISUAL MANUFACTURING) which reduced the month-end process from two weeks to one day.
