Michele Hayes

Michele Hayes is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the media and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at NJ Advance Media since June 2014, Michele manages a talented team focused on driving marketing success for clients and the company. Michele has held multiple marketing leadership positions at NJ Advance Media, including Associate Vice President and Director of Marketing & Community Affairs. Additionally, since February 2021, Michele has also been the Vice President of Marketing at Advance 360, a full-service marketing agency. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Services Manager at the Newark Star-Ledger, Research Director for ABC Television, and Research Director at Harrington, Righter & Parsons Inc. Michele holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark and a BS in Communications: Radio/Television from Ohio University.
