Joy Parr Drach

Joy Parr Drach has over 30 years of experience in the food and agribusiness industry. Joy began their career in 1991 as an Account Executive at Miller Meester Advertising. Joy then moved to The John Volk Company as an Account Supervisor in 1993. In 1995, they became a Group Supervisor at Dudnyk. In 2002, they founded Entira, a marketing strategy and business development firm providing fresh and unbiased views of customer needs to food and agribusiness companies. In 2000, they became a Partner at Next Generation Farms. From 2009 to 2022, they served as President & CEO of Advanced Animal Diagnostics, a company that develops diagnostics for fast, point-of-care health decisions in people and animals. Currently, they are President & CEO of Ad Astra Diagnostics, Inc.

Joy Parr Drach received their MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2002. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Agricultural Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
