Shai Shefer

Shai Shefer began their career in 2002 as Business Development and IT at Salvona Technologies. In this role, they developed a custom business management system that tracked inventory, research and development, contacts, and sales, as well as designed and deployed the entire IT solution for the company and hand wrote the majority of business applications used. Shai also aided with marketing and sales opportunities. In 2006, Shefer became a Consultant in the Business Intelligence practice at Hitachi Consulting, and gained additional experience in Oracle financials as well as business process improvement. In 2008, Shefer founded FUNNELTHRU. In 2010, Shefer returned to Salvona Technologies as CEO and CFO/CIO. In this role, they developed and commercialized advanced encapsulation solutions that were used primarily in the cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries. In 2018, Shefer became the CEO of Advanced Beauty Labs, where they helped clients develop first-to-market products with higher efficacy, measurable clinical results, and optimized cost using patented technologies.

Shai Shefer attended East Brunswick High School from 1999 to 2002. Shai then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2006. No additional certifications have been listed.
