Jack Baldridge has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Jack is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Advanced BioCatalytics since January 2016, where they previously served as the Chairman & CEO from 1996 to 2016. Before that, they founded Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1992 and held the position of Senior VP until 1995. Prior to that, they founded Laser Med, Inc. in 1982 and served as the CEO, specializing in ophthalmic surgical lasers and inter ocular lenses. Jack also founded Newport Pharmaceuticals International in 1970 and held the role of Senior VP until 1982, focusing on R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of immune modulating agents. Additionally, they worked at Mead Johnson, Red Star Yeast, and Bristol Myers/Mead Johnson from 1960 to 1970 as a Brand Manager and Managing Director in various international operations, including health and personal care, infant nutrition, and pharmaceutical products.

Jack Baldridge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, Theology, and Naval Science from Marquette University from 1950 to 1954. Jack then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1957 to 1958.
