Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown has extensive experience in customer and commercial operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Commercial Operations at Advanced Bionics since January 2014. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Business Support Manager at the same company and had a significant tenure at Synthes from 1994 to 2013, where roles included Operations Manager and Marketing Manager, alongside responsibilities as Trauma and Prosthetics Product Manager. Andrew's leadership in Synthes involved driving a cultural transformation focused on Lean methodologies and overseeing a large customer services and logistics team. Andrew holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BA in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
