Richard Pena

Richard Pena has over two decades of experience in import and export compliance, currently serving as the Import Export Compliance Manager at Advanced Bionics since February 2014. In this role, Richard manages export ECCN classification for class three medical devices and oversees the application process related to export, import, and warranty licensing issued by OFAC and BIS for embargoed countries. Prior to this position, Richard was part of the Air Export Nextgen Implementation Team at Geodis Wilson from April 2004 to February 2014 and served as the Export Compliance Manager at Panalpina from 1996 to 2004. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from California State University, Northridge.
