Shannon Hayes has extensive experience in operations and community relations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Advanced Bone & Joint since June 2017, Shannon has also held the position of Manager of Operations. Prior to this role, Shannon contributed as the Community Relations Coordinator for Dr. Anthony Frisella from April 2015 to July 2016, focusing on enhancing community awareness of the physician's skills. Earlier career tenure includes roles at Advanced Bone & Joint, where Shannon served as Clinical Services Supervisor and Medical Assistant from November 2006 to February 2015, directly supporting Dr. Frisella.
