Caitlyn Cranfill

Caitlyn Cranfill has a diverse work experience in various industries. Caitlyn started as a Shift Manager at Round Table Pizza from August 2012 to August 2014, where they managed the crew and handled customer complaints. From September 2014 to April 2016, Caitlyn worked as a Student Assistant at the State of California - Public Employment Relations Board. Their responsibilities included processing invoices, maintaining department budgets, and collaborating on budget change proposals. From April 2016 to January 2017, they served as a Student Assistant at The Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal), where they compiled and analyzed performance data, created presentations for management, and entered office revolving fund transactions.

In 2017, Caitlyn joined the State of California-Emergency Medical Services Authority as a Student Assistant. From September 2020 to May 2021, Caitlyn worked as a Staff Services Analyst at the State of California-Emergency Medical Services Authority. Caitlyn provided program evaluation, planning, and oversight for the Commission on EMS, collaborated with the Directorate, and implemented SharePoint for the Executive Division. Later, from June 2021 to February 2022, they held the position of Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the same organization. Their responsibilities included managing the implementation of an enterprise patient lookup system, overseeing grant projects, and preparing reports and presentations for executive management.

Most recently, Caitlyn returned to ABI Inc. in April 2023 as a Product Manager. Their role involves assisting in the development of product roadmap, managing product launches and enhancements, coordinating resources, and assessing the impact of work items.

Caitlyn Cranfill attended California State University-Sacramento from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they pursued studies in English and Business Administration with a focus on General Management. Caitlyn did not obtain a specific degree. In January 2023, Caitlyn obtained a certification in Personal Productivity for Product Managers from LinkedIn.
