Dirk Hoyns

Dirk Hoyns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Since 2002, Dirk has served as President/CEO and Principal Engineer at Device Technologies, Inc., focusing on medical device development solutions, particularly in endovascular interventions and minimally invasive technologies. As Co-Founder and VP of Product Development at Advanced Catheter Therapies, Inc. since 2007, Dirk has been instrumental in creating catheter-based technologies for treating peripheral vascular disease, including the development of the Pressana (TM) Occlusion Perfusion Catheter. Prior to these roles, Dirk held positions as Staff Engineer at C.R. Bard - Peripheral Technologies, where responsibilities included managing design and engineering services, and as Process Development Engineer at Sepracor Inc., specializing in the transfer of biotechnological products to commercial production. Dirk holds a BSET in Management Engineering and an ASET in Mechanical Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
