Anthony Lim is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems and embedded software development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Systems and Embedded Software at Advanced Charging Technologies since November 2021, Anthony has previously held key roles such as Lead Engineer at Webasto EV Solutions US, where leadership of multi-disciplined teams delivered innovative EVSE Cordset solutions. Other notable positions include Systems Engineering & QA Manager at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, and Asst Director Systems Engineering at MiTAC Digital Corporation, where project management led to the successful development of diverse consumer electronics. With a solid foundation in software and systems development from roles at Panasonic Avionics, Thales, and other companies, Anthony is recognized for achievements including early delivery of complex software solutions and mentorship of engineering teams. Anthony holds a BS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a diploma in Programming and Systems Analysis from Singapore Polytechnic.
