Kathy Hewett

Kathy Hewett, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 30 years of HR experience, having worked in various roles at companies like ACTenviro, Cascade Drilling LP, MacDonald-Miller, Burgess Enterprises, and Northwest Sign Supply. Their most recent role was as Director of Human Resources at ACTenviro, where they are currently employed. Kathy has extensive experience in HR management, employee relations, benefits administration, training, performance management, recruitment, and policy implementation.

Kathy Hewett, PHR, SHRM-CP completed the Human Resources Management Certification Program at the University of Washington in 2000. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree with a focus on Business and Accounting from Highline College in 1993. Kathy obtained their Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the United Latino Students Association and their Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society of Human Resources in January 2018.
