William Cooper

William Cooper is an experienced land surveyor currently employed at Advanced Civil Design, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, William served as Survey Party Chief at WSP from November 2020 to January 2023 and worked as an instrument operator at CH Engineering from May 2013 to August 2020. William holds an Associate of Science degree in Project Management from Wake Tech Community College, where studies occurred from 2019 to 2021, and graduated from Northern Vance High School in 2011.
