Donna Barnes possesses extensive experience in human resources and management within the composite materials industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Advanced Composites since April 2020, Donna has progressed through various roles in the same organization, including Assistant General Manager and Sr. Corporate HR Manager. Prior to joining Advanced Composites, Donna held HR positions at Baker Furniture and Lexington Furniture, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and safety management over a career spanning more than three decades.
