Wendy Carter has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, with a strong background in accounting and payroll management. Currently, Wendy serves as a Jr. Buyer at Advanced Composites since June 2015 and has held various HR positions, including HR Generalist and HR Admin II, focusing on benefit administration and leave coordination. Prior experience includes positions at BEF Foods, Inc. as a Production Support Specialist, where responsibilities involved payroll processing and attendance tracking for over 170 employees, and at EMI Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, where Wendy managed payroll, benefits enrollment, and compliance with legal changes. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Urbana University and an Associate of Applied Business in Accounting from Edison State Community College.
