Amgad Kassem

Amgad Kassem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit control and collections. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Controller and Collection Specialist at Advanced Computer Technology (ACT) since March 2015, Amgad is responsible for monitoring assigned accounts, managing overdue payments, and ensuring compliance through the administration of aging reports. Prior to this role, Amgad worked as a Collections Specialist at Resala Charity Organization from January 2012 to February 2015. Amgad holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
