Dean Larusso has over 9 years of experience in the manufacturing and electronics industries. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Electronics Technician at Vision Tech Electronics and Restoration, where they were responsible for cost evaluation, cleaning, and repair of water, fire, and surge damaged electronics. In this role, they inspected PCB assemblies after wave soldering, selective soldering, and SMT re-flow operations, and was also responsible for performing complex hand assembly of components on PCBs. Additionally, they assisted the engineering team in the modification of test fixtures during the research and development process. Most recently, they have been working as the Manufacturing Manager and Production Supervisor at Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc. since 2020.

Dean Larusso obtained an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College between 2015 and 2020. In 2018, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from SigmaPro - Business Transformation Specialists. In 2019, they obtained an IPC J-STD-001 Certification and an IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies certification from IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
