Rebecca Carpenter

Rebecca Carpenter has been working in Human Resources since 2005, when they began their role as Human Resources Manager at Apex Tool Group, LLC. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Specialist and Account Manager at RR Donnelley from 1998 to 2005. In 2016, they moved to Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc. in the same role of Human Resources Manager.

Rebecca Carpenter obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Relations & Marketing from PennWest Clarion in 1997. Rebecca then went on to receive their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University in 2006. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Rebecca also holds an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
