Bryan Muzyka

Bryan Muzyka has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bryan began their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Advanced Cooling Technologies, working on contract R&D projects for the Aerospace Group. Bryan later transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer, providing sales and marketing support for the Electronics Products Group (EPG), where they were responsible for advertising, conferences/trade shows, and overall business development in the commercial and military electronics markets. Bryan then advanced to the position of Sales Manager, overseeing the Defense and Aerospace Group at ACT, managing a national rep network, and being responsible for revenues, profits, bookings, forecasts, and customer relations management. Bryan later took on the role of Manager, Sales and Marketing before ultimately being promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this role, they led a high-performing team and was responsible for brand and business development across all markets and products at ACT. Bryan also served as a Board Member at Keystone Space Collaborative. Prior to their tenure at ACT, they gained experience as an Engineering Co-op at Ingersoll Rand.

Bryan Muzyka obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, graduating in 2008. Bryan then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration and Engineering from Lehigh University, completing their studies between 2010 and 2015. Bryan later went on to earn a Certificate in Sales Growth from Cornell University in 2017. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing Strategies from the same institution. Additionally, Bryan has obtained several certifications through various institutions, including American Management Association and ExecuStar. These certifications include "Aligning Sales and Marketing Strategies," "Executive Program Graduate," "Strategic Thinking," "Executive Leadership," "Advanced Sales Management," "Collaborative Leadership Skills," and "Creativity and Innovation."
