Jimmy Hughes is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in advanced thermal protection systems, currently serving as Lead Engineer at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Jimmy held various engineering leadership roles at RINI Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2019, including Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing engineering activities and managing product performance. With a solid academic background in Mechanical Engineering (BS, MS) and a Graduate Certificate in Project Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Jimmy possesses a strong foundation in design, development, and manufacturing processes, complemented by hands-on experience and a commitment to innovation in product performance and efficiency.
