Kelly Davidson

Kelly Davidson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in dermatology and cosmetic surgery. Kelly started their career in 2002 as a Nurse at Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery and worked in this role until 2013. In this position, they gained valuable medical experience and knowledge.

Afterwards, Kelly joined Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2013 as an Office Manager. Kelly held this position until 2015, during which they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the office.

In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Regional Manager, where they oversaw several dermatology and plastic surgery offices. In this capacity, they focused on maintaining patient care and financial goals, supporting middle management, and recruiting and retaining staff and physician relationships.

In 2017, they advanced to the role of Senior Regional Director of Operations, overseeing operations for Central Florida and Philadelphia. Their responsibilities included supervising regional managers, providing support to field managers, and ensuring meeting monthly financial targets and optimum patient care.

In 2018, Kelly further progressed in their career as the Regional Vice President of Operations, holding this position until 2022. Kelly took on more strategic responsibilities, overseeing operations for a wider region and playing a crucial role in the organization's success.

Currently, as of February 2022, Kelly is serving as the Vice President of Operations at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership to the company.

Kelly Davidson earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida. Kelly attended the university from 2016 to 2017.
