Daniel Figola

Daniel Figola has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sustainability field. Daniel has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., where they served as the Director of National Engineering, Director of Product Development, Director of Sustainability Development, and General Manager of the BaySaver Technologies, Inc. Joint Venture. In these roles, they were involved in research and development initiatives, market expansion, and driving revenue growth. Daniel has also worked as a National Engineering Program Manager and Zone Engineer at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., where they played a crucial role in projects, technical training, and standard development. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at IG Consulting, Inc. and as a Design Engineer at Hettler Largent Civil Engineering. Overall, Daniel Figola has extensive experience in engineering, sustainability, and management roles.

Daniel Figola earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. Daniel also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Rainwater Harvesting Professional from ASSE International (obtained in 2019), an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (obtained in 2013), a LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council (obtained in 2006), and a Professional Engineer license from the State of Illinois (obtained in 2004) and the State of Ohio (obtained in 2003).
