Jeff Buschman

Jeff Buschman serves as the IT Resiliency Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include fostering IT resiliency culture and developing strategies to support continuous business operations. Previously, Jeff held various positions at American Electric Power from 2017 to 2021, including Principal Infrastructure Engineer, where oversight of technology resilience strategy was a key responsibility, along with governance and risk management roles. At Ascension Lutheran Church, Jeff managed business operations including IT support and compliance. Additionally, Jeff held the position of Vice President at Retire-IT, LLC, developing a national recycling logistics network, and worked as Director of Client Services at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, focusing on technical sales training and supply chain solutions. Jeff holds a BS in Psychology and Business from Ball State University and a certification in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
