John Herman has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John currently works at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. as an IT Lead Digital Analyst. Prior to that, they held the role of IT Business Analyst, Marketing Technology at the same company. Before joining Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., John worked as a Freelance Digital Strategist and Web Developer at Succeeding Steps LLC. John also served as a Digital Project Owner at PPA Agency and Adept Marketing. John's expertise in digital strategy and development is evident from their role as Digital Strategy & Dev Manager at Robert Mason Co., where they managed various technology-related tasks. John kickstarted their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Stonewall Columbus, Inc., and later served as an Operations Manager at Ethan Interactive, Inc. and Manager of Web Development and Marketing at TKG-The Kennedy Group, Inc.

John Herman completed the Leadership Program and graduated from Leadership Dublin in 2008. John obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interactive Media from Columbus State Community College. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Kenton Senior High School.
