Jose Janer

Jose Janer is an experienced facilities engineering manager with over two decades in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently managing facilities projects at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since November 2012, Jose specializes in capital improvement project coordination, CAD drafting, project scope definition, contract negotiation, and contractor management. Previous roles include Technical Services Construction Specialist at Tremco Inc., Owner/President of Diversified Builders Inc., Project Engineer at Caribbean Industrial Construction, Account/Area Manager at Conesco Doka, Area Engineer/Estimator at Kiewit, and Field Engineer at URS Greiner Woodward. Jose holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, Jose has participated in multiple specialized training programs in waterproofing and sealants across various Latin American countries.
