Kevin Talley

Kevin Talley has a strong background in human resources, holding various roles in HR at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from 1994 to 2011. Kevin started as a Specialist, Compensation and Benefits and worked their way up to Vice President, Human Resources. Kevin also had a role as Vice President, Talent Management. In 2011, they joined Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. as Vice President, Human Resources and eventually became EVP and Chief Administrative Officer in 2016.

Kevin Talley attended Miami University from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Employment Relations & Organizational Behavior.
