Melissa Hempel

Melissa Hempel has a strong background in supply chain planning and merchandise planning and allocation. Melissa currently holds the position of Director Supply Chain Planning at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. Since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at EXPRESS for 12 years, starting as a Manager Merchandise Planning and Allocation in 2008 and working their way up to Vice President Planning and Allocation before leaving in 2020. Melissa also gained experience at Limited Brands, where they held roles as Manager Planning and Director Strategic Planning from 2004 to 2006. Melissa'swork at Limited Brands involved being a subject matter expert for merchandise planning and leading a cross-functional team to streamline processes and integrate technological platforms.

Melissa Hempel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University.
