Rion Robinson

Rion Robinson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process excellence, member experience, and change management. Currently serving as the Process Excellence Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., Rion has previously held key positions at COhatch, including Head of Member Experience and Director of Culture and Operations. Rion's expertise in change management is further demonstrated through a role as Senior Change Management Consultant at Cardinal Health, where Rion also achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and worked as a Customer Licensing Specialist. Early career experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at The Wasserstrom Company. Rion holds a Bachelor's Degree in African-American Studies from Miami University, earned between 2005 and 2009, and completed secondary education at Chaminade-Julienne High School.
