Steven Conway

Steven Conway has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven started their career as a Management Consultant at Accenture in 1998, where they managed various technology implementation projects for different industries. Steven then joined NetJets, Inc. as a Senior Analyst, Operations Planning, in 2004. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in various director roles, including Strategic Planning & Execution and Business Analytics. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.

Steven Conway has completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Steven also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Penn State University. Steven'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics from John Carroll University. In addition to their formal education, Steven has obtained a certification in Value-Based Pricing from LinkedIn in 2016.
