Antonio Telesca

Antonio Telesca, MBA, has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and manufacturing industries. Antonio most recently served as the Managing Director of Advanced, a global leader in fire safety systems. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of PT ECCO Tannery Indonesia, where they oversaw the operations of one of the largest tanneries in the ECCO group.

Antonio also has extensive experience at Schneider Electric, where they served as the CEO of the Fire & Security Business Line and the General Manager of the Emergency Lighting Business Line. In these roles, they were responsible for driving business growth and optimizing profitability, as well as overseeing the development of digital offerings.

Earlier in their career, Antonio held leadership positions at Philips Lighting, where they led the R&D function for the European professional market and was the Head of Engineering at the Surabaya plant. Their accomplishments during this time include improving product launch reliability, driving cost savings, and leading successful engineering projects.

Before joining Philips Lighting, Antonio worked at DNW German Dutch Wind Tunnels, where they served as a Senior Project Manager for advanced wind-tunnel projects with major international aircraft manufacturers.
