Alan Gutierrez

Alan Gutierrez is a seasoned engineer specializing in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Senior Sustaining Mechanical Engineer at Advanced Energy since July 2023, focusing on packing and hardware validations. Concurrently, Alan holds the position of General Operations Manager at Desierto Maquinados, overseeing the design and manufacture of high-quality metal parts and automated equipment. Previously, Alan worked at Emerson for nearly seven years in various roles, including Senior Advance Automation Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included implementing automation plans, managing machine shops, and developing new medical products.
