Dhaval Dhayatkar

Dhaval Dhayatkar has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Dhaval started their career as an R&D Trainee at Onida, MIRC Electronics, where they designed and tested wireless audio-video entertainment systems. Dhaval then worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder before joining QuadGen Wireless Solutions as an RF Engineer.

In 2011, Dhaval joined Advanced Energy and held various roles including Electrical Engineer I and II, Program Manager, and Senior Product Management Specialist. Dhaval also served as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the lifecycle of Advanced Energy's product lines and developing marketing strategies. Dhaval later held positions as Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, Director of Product Marketing - RF, and Sr. Director of Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of VP & GM, Critical Sensing and Controls at Advanced Energy.

Dhaval Dhayatkar completed their Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2021 to 2023.
