Jennifer Leoncio

Jennifer Leoncio is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology & Analytics at Advanced Energy since July 2003, Jennifer has also held positions including Senior Manager for HR Technology and Analytics, Senior Manager for Compensation Benefits & HR Systems, Compensation Planning & HR Process Manager, Employee Services Manager, and HR Officer. Prior to Advanced Energy, Jennifer worked at Benpres Holdings Corporation from 1997 to 2003 as an HR Specialist and HR Administrative Assistant, and at Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company from 1992 to 1997 as a Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, and Benefits Assistant. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University and completed the Learning for Advancement Employee Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
