Randy Heckman has been in the engineering field for over three decades. Starting as an RF Engineer at Continental Electronics Corporation, Randy has since advanced to various high-level roles at Advanced Energy. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Randy has held multiple titles such as Senior VP, CTO, and Director of Engineering.
