Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc., was founded in 1998 by William G. Reidy, P.E. after having worked with several engineering firms after graduating from the University of Central Florida in 1980. For nine years prior to forming Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc. (AED), Mr. Reidy served as Principal Engineer at Montgomery Watson, Inc., a recognized international leader in Water and Wastewater design-related projects. Mr. Reidy served as a National Product Line Leader in Civil Stormwater, Lift Station and Large Diameter Pipeline designs. With an extensive level of experience in providing engineering services to municipal entities, Mr. Reidy continued to serve Tampa Bay municipalities even as a small start-up organization. Advanced Engineering & Design, Inc. was able to offer "big company" capabilities and expertise to local cities at much lower billing rates. This philosophy, maintained to this day since 1998, has resulted in a very strong resume of municipal experience.
