Ian Kirby

Ian Kirby has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Ian began their career as an Operations Manager at Palm Beach Restaurant Group in February 2014 and worked there until November 2015. In November 2015, they joined Wanderer Bracelets as an Operations Director and stayed there until October 2016. From September 2016 to April 2018, they worked as a Lead Financial Analyst at 20/20 Capital/Chervo Apparel. In 2018, Kirby joined Optimist Capital LLC as a Registered Investment Adviser, where they worked until July 2022. During this time, they also worked at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, serving as a Division Manager from April 2018 to January 2021 and then as the General Manager of La Coquille Club from January 2021 to June 2022. Kirby had involvement with the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, starting as the Chair of Events for PBYP from June 2021 to May 2022. Ian then became the Treasurer of PBYP from June 2022 with the promotion to Vice Chair of PBYP in June 2023. Currently, Kirby holds positions at both Tannenbaum Family Office and AFC GAMMA, starting in July 2022, where they serve as the Chief of Staff at both companies.

Ian Kirby's education history includes two notable academic experiences. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they pursued a degree in International Business. Prior to that, in 2010, they briefly attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on EU Policy Making.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ian Kirby has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In April 2020, they completed the "Pitching to Investors" certification through LinkedIn. In June 2019, they obtained the "Series 65" certification from FINRA. Furthermore, in July 2017, they obtained the "Google Analytics Certification" from Google.
