Robert Finnegan

Robert Finnegan is an experienced professional in education, workforce development, and social impact. Currently serving as the Head of Education and Workforce Development at Advanced Functional Fabrics of America (AFFOA) since August 2023, Robert focuses on revitalizing the domestic textiles industry through innovation and collaboration. As the Founder and Chief Consultant of Guided Impact since July 2022, Robert assists organizations in enhancing their social impact. Prior roles include Vice President for Strategic Partners at The Possible Zone, where Robert advanced economic equity through workforce education, and Director of National Professional Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where responsibilities included leading professional development initiatives and technology implementations. Robert's career began at the San Francisco Unified School District, where roles included Program Director. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Literature from Merrimack College.
