Advanced Hiring System (AHS), established in 2001, is a second generation, family-owned and operated business committed to helping sales driven companies improve their hiring effectiveness. Our founder, Alan Fendrich, leveraged his extensive sales expertise, predictive modeling, and Maslow's hierarchy to develop the Advanced Applicant Profiler Sequence (AAPS).
Incorporating qualitative and analytic tools, AAPS is a powerful sales hiring process that includes compensation plan design, ad creation and placement, screening, and interviewing.

In sales, it's all about the (sales) people. Top producers outperform the average salesperson by 5 times, yet, 80% of new hires do not make it beyond year one.

At AHS, we understand how lack of recruiting process and bad hiring decisions lead to high turnover with severe consequences on a company's bottom line, revenue, and employee morale.

Our mission is to provide an affordable, turnkey sales hiring system that effectively sources candidates, objectively evaluates talent, and ensures you are hiring sales superstars so that you can focus on growth.

For the past 20+ years, we've helped over 2,000 companies hire more than 6,000 top sales performers and continue to proudly serve companies of all sizes and industries.

We are committed to helping you build a stellar sales team, and to that end, are here to provide support from beginning-to-end.
