Alan Semine

Dr. Alan Semine is co-founder of AIE and the Director of Clinical Applications. He recently retired as Chief of Breast Imaging at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, and has over 35 years of experience in radiology with a specialty in breast imaging. He directed both of AIE's clinical studies and was a key contributor to the basic research in medical image enhancement that led to the formation of AIE. Dr. Semine is a Clinical Professor of Radiology at Tufts University School of Medicine. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine.
